Aquaman Aquaman is a 2018 American superhuman film dependent on the DC Comics character Aquaman, and appropriated by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is the 6th portion in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Coordinated by James Wan, with a screenplay by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Will Beall, from a story by Geoff Johns, Wan and Beall, it stars Jason Momoa as the title character, with Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Nicole Kidman in supporting jobs. It is the third real life showy film highlighting Aquaman, following Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League (2017), and the primary full-length include film based on the character. In Aquaman, Arthur Curry, the beneficiary to the submerged kingdom of Atlantis, must advance forward to lead his kin against his stepbrother, Orm, who looks to join the seven submerged kingdoms against the surface world.
